To secure a date, a deposit is required to be paid. The deposit amount is stated in the quote supplied by the Artist. Amounts for services which are required to be paid in full at the time of service are specified on the written quotation provided. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have elapsed from the date of payment receipt. Please be advised, dates and scheduled client times will only be reserved once a deposit is received.
The client at any point in writing can cancel the event.
The makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will be liable for any further payments under the following conditions:
- If the client cancels no less than 4 days before the event date then no further payment is required.
- If the client cancels no less than 2 days before the event date then a further 30% of the event fee will be due.
- If the client cancels no less than 1 day before the event date then the full amount of the event fee will be due.
Cancellations by the makeup artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the makeup artists performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be given, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.
If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the makeup artist where possible the makeup artist will endeavor to rectify such situations however no compensation will be offered on the makeup artists part. It is strongly advised you take out wedding insurance to cover you against these situations.
